Orbix هو تطبيق مجتمعي لتتبع ألعاب الفيديو، يتيح لك إنشاء قوائم ألعاب، وكتابة مراجعات، وتقييم الألعاب، ومتابعة مستخدمين آخرين. نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك وبيان كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
عند استخدامك لـ Orbix، نجمع المعلومات التالية:
- معلومات الحساب: اسم المستخدم الفريد الذي تختاره، والبريد الإلكتروني، وصورة الملف الشخصي وصورة الغلاف إذا أضفتها، والسيرة الذاتية المختصرة، وأنواع الألعاب المفضّلة لديك.
- قوائم الألعاب: الألعاب التي تضيفها إلى قوائمك (تحت اللعب، مكتمل، مخطط، موقوف، متروك)، مع تقييمك لكل لعبة.
- المراجعات والتقييمات: نصوص مراجعاتك، تقييماتك الإجمالية والتفصيلية (قصة، جرافيكس، صوتيات، طريقة اللعب)، وإعجاباتك بمراجعات الآخرين.
- المفضّلة: الألعاب التي تختار تمييزها كمفضّلة على ملفك الشخصي (حتى 8 ألعاب).
- التفاعل الاجتماعي: قائمة المستخدمين الذين تتابعهم ويتابعونك، وتعليقاتك على المراجعات.
- روابط الحسابات الخارجية: روابط اختيارية لحساباتك على Discord وTwitter/X وSteam إذا اخترت إضافتها.
- الإشعارات: سجل الإشعارات الواردة إليك (متابعة جديدة، إعجاب بمراجعة، تعليق على مراجعتك).
كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
نستخدم معلوماتك لتشغيل وتقديم خدمة Orbix، بما في ذلك إدارة حسابك وعرض ملفك الشخصي وإظهار محتواك للمستخدمين الآخرين. نستخدم البيانات التقنية للحفاظ على موثوقية الخدمة وتشخيص المشاكل وتطبيق إرشادات المجتمع وتحسين تجربة التطبيق. لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة.
الإشراف على المحتوى وحماية المستخدمين
نحن في Orbix نلتزم بتوفير بيئة آمنة، ولا نتسامح مطلقاً مع المحتوى المسيء أو السلوك المزعج. نوفر للمستخدمين أدوات مدمجة للإبلاغ عن أي محتوى غير لائق (مثل المراجعات أو القوائم أو التعليقات) وأدوات لحظر المستخدمين المسيئين لإخفاء محتواهم بالكامل. نحتفظ بالحق في مراجعة المحتوى، وإزالته، والإيقاف النهائي للحسابات التي تنتهك إرشادات المجتمع دون إشعار مسبق.
البيانات العامة والخاصة
ملفك الشخصي وقوائمك ومراجعاتك مرئية للمستخدمين الآخرين داخل التطبيق بطبيعة تصميمه كمنصة اجتماعية. بريدك الإلكتروني وبيانات المصادقة لا تُشارَك أبداً مع أي مستخدم آخر.
أمان البيانات
حماية بياناتك من أهم أولوياتنا. ننقل جميع المعلومات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS)، ونخزّنها على بنية تحتية سحابية موثوقة معتمدة وفق معايير الأمان الدولية (SOC 2). نطبّق مبدأ أقل الصلاحيات في الوصول إلى بياناتك، ونراجع الأنظمة والصلاحيات دورياً، ونعتمد سياسات صارمة في إدارة كلمات المرور ومفاتيح الوصول. ومع التزامنا ببذل كل ما يلزم لحماية معلوماتك، فإنه لا يمكن لأي نظام متصل بالإنترنت أن يكون آمناً بنسبة مطلقة، ونلتزم بإبلاغك في أقرب وقت ممكن بأي حادث جوهري قد يمسّ بياناتك.
حقوقك
- تعديل ملفك الشخصي وبياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
- حذف أي مراجعة أو تقييم أو لعبة من قوائمك بشكل فردي.
- حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك بالكامل (راجع القسم التالي).
حذف الحساب والبيانات
يحق لك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك المرتبطة به في أي وقت. عند الحذف تُزال نهائياً: ملفك الشخصي، قوائم الألعاب، المراجعات والتقييمات، المفضّلة، علاقات المتابعة، والإشعارات. يمكنك الحذف بإحدى الطريقتين:
- من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يتم الحذف فوراً ونهائياً.
- عبر البريد الإلكتروني: أرسل طلبك إلى orbixappcc@gmail.com وسنعالجه خلال 7 أيام عمل.
الأطفال
لا يُوجَّه Orbix للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. إذا علمنا أن طفلاً دون هذه السن أنشأ حساباً، سنحذفه فوراً.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. سنُعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو بريدك الإلكتروني.

Privacy Policy

Orbix is a community-driven video game tracking app that lets you build game lists, write reviews, rate games, and follow other users. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.
Information We Collect
When you use Orbix, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: Your unique username, email address, profile picture and banner image (if added), short bio, and your preferred game genres.
- Game Lists: The games you add to your lists (Playing, Completed, Planning, Paused, Dropped), along with your rating for each game.
- Reviews & Ratings: Your written reviews, overall and detailed ratings (story, graphics, audio, gameplay), and likes you give to others' reviews.
- Favorites: Games you choose to pin as favorites on your profile (up to 8 games).
- Social Activity: Users you follow and who follow you, and your comments on reviews.
- External Profile Links: Optional links to your Discord, Twitter/X, and Steam accounts if you choose to add them.
- Notifications: Your in-app notification history (new followers, likes on your reviews, comments on your reviews).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and deliver the Orbix service, including managing your account, displaying your profile, and showing your content to other users. We use technical data to maintain service reliability, diagnose issues, enforce community guidelines, and improve the app experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Content Moderation & User Protection
At Orbix, we are committed to providing a safe environment and have zero tolerance for abusive content or disruptive behavior. We provide users with built-in tools to report inappropriate content (such as reviews, lists, or comments) and to block abusive users to hide their content entirely. We reserve the right to review content, remove it, and permanently suspend accounts that violate community guidelines without prior notice.
Public vs. Private Data
Your profile, lists, and reviews are visible to other users within the app, as Orbix is designed as a social platform. Your email address and authentication data are never shared with any other user.
Data Security
Protecting your data is one of our top priorities. All information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on trusted cloud infrastructure certified to international security standards (SOC 2). We apply the principle of least privilege when accessing your data, conduct regular reviews of systems and permissions, and enforce strict policies for managing passwords and access keys. While we are committed to doing everything necessary to protect your information, no system connected to the internet can be completely secure, and we commit to notifying you as soon as possible of any significant incident that may affect your data.
Your Rights
- Edit your profile and personal information at any time from within the app.
- Delete individual reviews, ratings, or games from your lists at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data entirely (see section below).
Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, the following are permanently removed: your profile, game lists, reviews and ratings, favorites, follow relationships, and notifications. You can delete your account in one of two ways:
- From within the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- Via email: Send a request to orbixappcc@gmail.com and we will process it within 7 business days.
Children
Orbix is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under this age has created an account, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via an in-app notification or email.
