Orbix هو تطبيق مجتمعي لتتبع ألعاب الفيديو. باستخدام التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.
قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لـ Orbix، تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام بها. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
الحساب والتسجيل
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لإنشاء حساب.
- يمكنك التسجيل عبر البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، أو باستخدام حساب Google.
- اسم المستخدم الذي تختاره يجب أن يكون فريدًا ولا يحتوي على محتوى مسيء.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك.
- لا يُسمح بإنشاء أكثر من حساب واحد لنفس الشخص.
ميزات التطبيق والاستخدام المقبول
Orbix يوفر لك الإمكانيات التالية، ويجب استخدامها بشكل مسؤول:
- قوائم الألعاب: إضافة ألعاب الفيديو إلى قوائمك وتتبع حالتها. يُمنع إدخال بيانات كاذبة أو مضللة.
- المراجعات والتقييمات: كتابة مراجعاتك الصادقة وتقييم الألعاب. يُمنع نشر مراجعات مزيفة أو تقييمات بدوافع تخريبية.
- المتابعة الاجتماعية: متابعة مستخدمين آخرين ورؤية نشاطهم. يُمنع استخدام هذه الميزة للتحرش أو الإزعاج.
- التعليقات: التعليق على مراجعات المستخدمين الآخرين بشكل بنّاء ومحترم.
- المفضّلة: تمييز ما يصل إلى 8 ألعاب كمفضّلة على ملفك الشخصي.
سلوك المستخدم
باستخدام Orbix، توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:
- نشر محتوى مسيء، تحرشي، تشهيري، أو عنصري في المراجعات أو التعليقات.
- انتحال شخصية مستخدم آخر أو استخدام اسم مستخدم مضلل.
- نشر محتوى غير لائق أو مخالف للقوانين.
- محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات مستخدمين آخرين أو التلاعب ببياناتهم.
- استخدام التطبيق لأغراض تجارية أو إعلانية دون إذن مسبق.
- استخدام أدوات أتمتة أو بوتات للتفاعل مع التطبيق.
المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
المراجعات والتعليقات التي تكتبها تبقى ملكًا لك. بنشرها على Orbix، تمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري لعرضها داخل التطبيق. بيانات الألعاب ملك لأصحابها الأصليين.
إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم Orbix "كما هو" دون ضمانات. نسعى لتوفير خدمة مستمرة وموثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن خلو التطبيق من الأخطاء أو توفره في جميع الأوقات. آراء المستخدمين في المراجعات لا تعبّر عن موقف Orbix.
بيانات الأطراف الثالثة
يتم توفير معلومات الألعاب من مصادر خارجية. نحن لا نضمن دقة هذه البيانات الخارجية بنسبة 100%.
تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط. سنخطرك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو بريدك الإلكتروني قبل سريانها.
إنهاء الحساب وحذف البيانات
يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك في أي وقت. عند الحذف تُزال نهائياً: ملفك الشخصي، قوائمك، مراجعاتك وتقييماتك، مفضّلتك، علاقات المتابعة، وإشعاراتك. طريقتا الحذف:
- من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يتم الحذف فوراً ونهائياً.
- عبر البريد الإلكتروني: أرسل طلبك إلى orbixappcc@gmail.com وسنعالجه خلال 7 أيام عمل.
نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف حسابات تنتهك هذه الشروط.

Orbix is a community-driven video game tracking app. By using the app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Orbix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Account & Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You may register using your email and password, or by signing in with Google.
- Your chosen username must be unique and must not contain offensive content.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Creating more than one account per person is not permitted.
App Features & Acceptable Use
Orbix provides the following features, which must be used responsibly:
- Game Lists: Add video games to your lists and track their status. Entering false or misleading data is not allowed.
- Reviews & Ratings: Write honest reviews and rate games. Fake reviews or ratings submitted with malicious intent are prohibited.
- Social Following: Follow other users and view their activity in your feed. Using this feature to harass or annoy others is prohibited.
- Comments: Comment on other users' reviews in a constructive and respectful manner.
- Favorites: Pin up to 8 games as favorites on your profile.
User Conduct
By using Orbix, you agree not to:
- Post abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content in reviews or comments.
- Impersonate another user or use a misleading username.
- Post inappropriate or unlawful content.
- Attempt to access or tamper with other users' accounts or data.
- Use the app for commercial or advertising purposes without prior permission.
- Use automation tools or bots to interact with the app.
Content & Intellectual Property
Reviews and comments you write remain yours. By posting them on Orbix, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them within the app. Game data belongs to its respective original owners.
Disclaimer
Orbix is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive to provide a reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times. User opinions expressed in reviews do not represent the views of Orbix.
Third-Party Data
Game information is provided from external sources. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of this third-party data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of any material changes via an in-app notification or email before they take effect.
Account Termination & Data Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, the following are permanently removed: your profile, lists, reviews and ratings, favorites, follow relationships, and notifications. Two ways to delete:
- From within the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- Via email: Send a request to orbixappcc@gmail.com and we will process it within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
