قبول الشروط
باستخدام Orbix، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت وتوافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
الحسابات
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حسابك.
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حسابك.
- يجب ألا تستخدم التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به.
سلوك المستخدم
باستخدام Orbix، فإنك توافق على عدم:
- نشر محتوى مسيء أو مضايق أو تشهيري.
- انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو كيان.
- نشر محتوى غير لائق أو مخالف للقوانين.
- استخدام التطبيق لإرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيها (spam).
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى النظام أو حسابات المستخدمين الآخرين.
الملكية الفكرية
المحتوى الذي تنشره على Orbix (المراجعات، القوائم، التعليقات) يبقى ملكًا لك. بموجب نشر المحتوى، تمنح Orbix ترخيصًا غير حصري لعرض وتوزيع هذا المحتوى على المنصة.
إخلاء المسؤولية
يتم تقديم Orbix "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. نحن لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيكون خاليًا من الأخطاء أو متاحًا بشكل مستمر.
تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال التطبيق.
إنهاء الحساب وحذف البيانات
يمكنك إنهاء استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت:
- من داخل التطبيق: اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب لحذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك فورًا.
- عبر البريد الإلكتروني: أرسل طلبًا إلى orbixappcc@gmail.com وسنعالج الطلب خلال 7 أيام عمل.

Accounts

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
User Conduct
By using Orbix, you agree not to:
- Post abusive, harassing, or defamatory content.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Post inappropriate or unlawful content.
- Use the app to send spam.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system or other users' accounts.
Intellectual Property
Content you post on Orbix (reviews, lists, comments) remains yours. By posting content, you grant Orbix a non-exclusive license to display and distribute this content on the platform.
Disclaimer
Orbix is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or continuously available.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the app.
Account Termination & Data Deletion
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time:
- From within the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to immediately and permanently delete your account and all associated data.
- Via email: Send a request to orbixappcc@gmail.com and we will process it within 7 business days.
